The Burst Torch is an Alien Side Arm in Raze 2. It was originally a welding tool used by technicians in the alien army. In a strike by a Raze Task Force team, technicians were unarmed but were able to do some damage with this tool. It was later adapted into a legitimate weapon to be used by technicians and specialists alike.
