Captain Biggs is a Covert Ops Captain in the Raze Program. He is the spitting image of yourself, but is less apt in the field of alien weapons. You play with and as Cpt. Biggs in the 4th and 5th missions on the human campaign; he is also the last Raze soldier active after Raze 2 ends.
